BPSC CCE 2024 Selection Process
The candidate’s selection for different administrative and executive posts will be based on the three-stage selection process that consists of a prelim’s exam, mains exam, and personality test round. Only the candidates passing all the 3 stages will be hired for different posts that are released along with the BPSC 70th Notification 2024.

BPSC Mains Syllabus
Candidates comfortable with the English language can check out the BPSC Mains Syllabus in English in this section. There will be two General Studies papers in the BPSC 70th Mains syllabus, namely, General Studies I, General Studies II & An Essay Paper. Apart from these, one compulsory Hindi language paper and one optional subject paper qualifying will take place in the BPSC mains test. BPSC Optional Syllabus
Candidates can choose out of a list of 34 optional subjects in the upcoming BPSC Mains Exam. This optional paper carries significant weight in determining the candidate's overall score. BPSC Exam Pattern 2024
The BPSC CCE Exam Pattern 2024 consists of 3 stages: Preliminary Exam Stage, Mains Exam Stage, and Interview Stage. Only candidates who qualify in all the stages will be eligible for vacancies.

BPSC Interview Test
Candidates who qualify for the BPSC Mains Examination will be called for an interview round. The purpose of the interview is to assess the candidate’s personal suitability for a career in the State Services.
BPSC CCE Salary Structure
After passing different stages of the BPSC 70th 2024 selection process, candidates are hired for different administrative and executive-level posts. Below is the pay scale for various positions:
- SDO, DSP, District Commandant, etc.: Rs. 61,500/- to Rs. 72,000/- (Pay Level – 09)
- Labor Enforcement Officer, etc.: Rs. 59,857/- to Rs. 68,795/- (Pay Level – 07)
- Block Minority Welfare Officer: Rs. 35,400-1,12,400 (Pay Level- 06)
